“The Rolls-Royce programmes are designed to help the trainees understand their strengths and build their business leadership skills both in theory and practice. The knowledge they gain is exactly what they need to succeed in a dynamic workplace like the Emirates Group,” he added.
The first module of the Rolls-Royce programme focuses on Finance, Personal Impact and Project Management while the second module encourages the delegates to examine their leadership styles and touches on leadership, creativity and innovation in management and sustainability.
