The Emirates Group gears up for Careers UAE 2017

 DUBAI, U.A.E, 6th  April 2017 – The Emirates Group is once again ready to embrace hundreds of qualified Emirati job seekers at Careers UAE 2017, Dubai’s leading recruitment exhibition.

Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashed Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, Ruler of Dubai, the three-day fair will kick-off on 9th April at the Dubai World Trade Center. The Exhibition aims to expose talented UAE Nationals to a wide range of career opportunities.

The Emirates Group presently employs over 3,000 UAE nationals in various positions within the Emirates Group.”

Through its Emiratisation strategy, Rehlaty, the Emirates Group sets an Emiratisation target to recruit and retain UAE Nationals, offering a range of career opportunities and scholarships to ensure the new recruits are well-equipped for a dynamic career with the Emirates group. UAE Nationals constitute a growing proportion across the Group, illustrating the success of UAE’s policies and Emiratisation programmes. The National Recruitment and Development division in the Emirates Group includes a dedicated team of 36 dedicated to recruit and develop extensive training programmes for UAE nationals. The department makes continuous efforts throughout the year to attract Emiratis, from regular visits to educational institutions and summer training programmes for students, to career fairs across the UAE and proactive recruitment.
